Go to My Orders in your account dashboard and select View Details on any order to see its live status and timeline.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement from the Order Details page, before it enters packing.
Payments
We accept UPI, all major credit and debit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery on eligible orders.
Yes — card details are tokenised and never stored on our servers directly.
Shipping
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days; express delivery arrives in 24–48 hours in most metro cities.
Currently we ship only within India. International shipping is on our roadmap.
Returns & Refunds
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery in original condition and packaging.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of the returned item passing quality check.
